PhD: Genesis and Evolution

Asking “what is your question?” brings fear to a PhD candidate. Currently the question was “How to reduce uncertainty in citizen reported crisis information”. It’s already been hacked around removing ‘trust’ (viewed as buzz word and something not ethically viable) and has been replaced with uncertainty. It’s certain to be further refined ending in understanding what I’ve actually answered in process. To form our questions/at least have a starting point for the process we enjoyed a writing retreat. This entailed going to a stately home in the Leicestershire countryside . I kept the piece of paper on which the question was formed, have a look at the link below (don’t worry it’s not a rickroll).
